PURE ROSERY currently ships throughout Switzerland. International shipping may be offered to selected countries and destinations as indicated during checkout.

If delivery to your location is unavailable, you will be informed before completing your purchase.

2. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Switzerland.

No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

4. Delivery Times

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as PURE ROSERY cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, any return shipping fees or additional delivery costs incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
