PURE ROSERY offers preserved roses and related decorative products.
Preserved roses are natural flowers that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their appearance and longevity. As natural products, slight variations in color, size, shape, and texture may occur and do not constitute defects.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website.
4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through our online shop.
After submitting an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
A purchase contract is concluded only when we confirm shipment of the ordered products or dispatch the products to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.
6. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a refund for any amount paid for the unavailable item.

We deliver within Switzerland and to selected international destinations as specified on our website.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PURE ROSERY shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt.
Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries should be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt by email, including photographs where applicable.
Failure to notify us within this period may result in the claim being deemed accepted.
9. Returns and Cancellation
Due to the nature of preserved floral products and hygiene considerations, returns are generally not accepted unless:

Approved claims must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
Customers may be required to provide photographs and return the product if requested.

Preserved roses are intended for indoor decorative use.
To maximize longevity:

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, PURE ROSERY shall not be liable for:
